Here in Wushanko Empire, our primary rule is that we want everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves while playing the game. As such, our cardinal rules concern behavior, first and foremost. Violating these rules will prompt a discussion with an officer; repeated violations can lead to removal from the clan. Such rules can and will be applied to guests and discords affiliated with the Clan.

The barebone basics:
1. All clan members are expected to be respectful and polite when dealing with other members of the community. Interfering with other players, and otherwise being a jerk is not permitted.
2. Humor is welcome! If someone is offended by a joke, apologize and move on; if you're offended, state that and then move on. There's no need to go into depth on the matter.
3. The following topics are off-limits in general clan chat: Politics and Religion
4. All players are expected to treat officers and other clan members with respect and politeness

Attendance:
Members are expected to be online at least once per 3 Months for at least a brief period. If circumstances will require you to be offline for an extended period of time, notify an officer ahead of time if you can. Without notifications, older characters will be removed from the clan for inactivity after six months of inactivity

Admins:
Officers are appointed based upon experience, ability, and trustworthiness over time. While officers have authority over other clan members, they are not "superior" to other members and should not be considered as such. The officers are subject to the same rules as other members.
If you have a problem with one of the officers, please report it to another officer promptly. This includes situations wherein an officer makes you uncomfortable or appears to be violating the rules of the clan for any reason. We strive for transparency and accountability, but we don't always succeed; let us know if we make mistakes so we can correct them in the future.

Punishments:
Violating the rules of the clan is something that we take seriously, as it can lead to hard feelings and damage overall group cohesion. In the event that someone is violating the rules of the clan, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, whether the player in question is an officer or not.

Section II: Clan Chat & Discord

It is to be noted that the Clan Chat (cc) & Discord will be treated as equals. This means that all rules apply to both the Clan Chat and the Discord and will apply to members, leaders, and guests. The Clan requires stability and to do that, rules will apply to all things directly affiliated with Wushanko Empire.

Section III: Interpretation of Law

Not everything can be listed within the Clan Laws. So, the rule of common sense towards respect and integrity shall be interpreted by the clan council. If the actions of a person or a group are found to be non-beneficial to the clan or disruptive, proper action will be taken.

Article II – Etiquette

Please be informed that we more lenient when it comes to language but there is a specific restriction that must be followed.

Section I: Spamming
~~~~~
Spamming will be considered as flooding a chat affiliated with the clan with repeated texts or comments not coherent with a conversation. If a member who is an admin or higher, it is required that you cease and desist. Failing to do so will eventually have you forcibly removed either by a kick and or ban.

Section II: Language & Behavior
~~~~~
The following behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to act as we see fit.
1. Discrimination of any kind, whether based on another player’s race, nationality, gender, personal orientation or religious beliefs
2. Solicitation
3. Unwanted / extreme sexual behavior will not be tolerated in RS or the clan discord or with any member within the clan in general.
4. Threatening another player, or bullying of any kind.
5. Spamming or disruptive behavior
6. No Fun Allowed
7. No complaining about waman

Section II: Scamming and Luring
~~~~~
If in anyway someone is found to have scammed or lured someone from the clan or outside the clan, they will be kicked from the clan. Proof will be required to build a case against the scammer.

Article III – The Clan Citadel
---------------------
The Clan citadel is a symbol of power and success. We want to show that we are a growing clan and a successful one at that, so we rely on our members to visit the citadel and to cap on resources for citadel’s weekly upkeep and upgrades.

Section I: Visiting
~~~~~
We strongly expect our member to take a quick minute to visit the citadel. So long as we meet our weekly number, it will not be a problem what so ever. However, it is not mandatory

Section II: Capping
~~~~~
Though not mandatory, we strongly recommend members to cap at the citadel as it goes towards the citadels upkeep and upgrades, but it does benefit the player with experience. Please note there will be circumstances where it will be mandatory.
1. If we are getting the point where it seems we may not meet the upkeep or upgrades, you may be called upon to cap.

Article IV – Respect
---------------------
Being in the clan either as a member or guest means a level of respect and straightforward rules are to be followed regarding behavior and what you say. Some things are simply not allowed, and some are common sense but will be laid out anyways.

Section I: Requesting Rank

If you are interested in a rank and wish to know how to get there, it is okay to ask. But do not demand a rank or pester a clan leader for a rank. Ranks are earned, and such behavior will not be tolerated. Repeating a request of rank will be met with a strict warning to cease and desist. Failure to do so can and will result in a kick.

Section II: Clan Leaders

Clan leaders can be identified as Admin+ while also following the hierarchy. They are to be respected and listened to. If you believe they are doing something wrong, do not argue with them! Take a screenshot and report to someone high in leadership to address the issue.

Section III: Arguments
~~~~~
Please attempt to keep arguments out of the clan chat! If it becomes a huge deal, please report to a clan leader to address the issue. This applies to guest! Do not use Wushanko’s clan chat or affiliated discords as an outlet to argue or start issues.

« Q » Do I have to role-play?
« A » It's fully optional, the clan has Role Play mechanics that you may join in on if it is something you are interested in the forum of royal houses. Though one thing you can't avoid is the rank names.

« Q » If there's a war, what happens?
« A » Clans may declare on another clan for territory on the RSPOC Map, but these are simply fun wars for Roleplay reasons. It does not exactly have to be pvp, there are other avenues. But as always, its a fun thing and not something to be taken to heart or as a negative thing.

« Q » How serious is it?
« A » Being in a POC is no more serious than any other clan. POC's may be more complex than other clans but they're also typically a close-knit community of loyal and helpful players. How seriously you take your responsibilities to the clan is entirely up to you, and will be reflected in your rank. Climbing the ranks to become a leader is considered more difficult than in other clans.
