• Chat Moderation
- Keep an eye out in the cc/Discord to keep disruptive behaviour and language to a minimum. This is a responsibility that all admins or above will have as we expect them to keep the peace in chats.

• Forum/Discord Maintenance
- Bump the Iron Family Forums, be active in the Families Discord Channel, be generally helpful and share links.

• Community Helper
- Attend/Advertise Clan Events within the Clan Chat Channel. - Encourage new(ish) members to get involved with the clan (Participate events, PvM, Citadel Cap, Group activities etc.). - Solve community/general issues, if unsure how: ask a Key-Rank for assistance.

• Clan Events
- Host Clan Events occasionally. These events may vary from PvM to Skilling, Minigames and D&D's.

• PvM Help
- Help Family members out with their PvM adventures, to either achieve certain skills in combat, complete Reaper Assignments or to find new Items.

• Citadel Management/Upkeep
- Contribute to expanding our Citadel, note that this will only yield 25% of the experience as opposed to Normal RS3 Gameplay.

We do inactivity sweeps
monthly
; mainly to target the abandoned accounts.
Longtime clannies
or anybody who has given inactivity notice will be given a year’s allowance before we’ll consider kicking, but low-level accounts with less than 1500 total who were only active for a few weeks before disappearing, and have no exp gained in over a month, will be considered abandoned, and thus kicked – unless there’s MIA notice.
