Hello, I know this isn't the appropriate place to post this, but can a general get back to me regarding a trial? I've tried to contact you guys but I assume most have priv on friends and or they've been busy.

They probably have been busy. Make sure to have all generals added for the best chance of catching one! They are: Dil, Pablo, Gren, Hist, and possibly Rune Factor.
