A parcel had been delivered, shown bearing the seal of the Kingdom of Varrock, but now adorned with a spooky skull!
Salutations friend! Your people have been invited to a spook-tacular costume contest held by the Kingdom of Varrock!
Fun and games are to be had on the 28th of October, with a prize pool of Seventy-Three Million gold pieces in total! Even if you do not plan on partaking in the contest, guests are still welcomed.
The Kingdom of Varrock's Citadel will be host to the party and contest itself. With three catagories starting at scary costumes, to fantasy outfits, finishing off with the funniest outfits. There should be an option for any participates! Each 1st place winner will recieve ten million gold, while second places recieves five million gold, and third place will receive one million gold. The final prize of best overrall outfit will win a whopping Twenty-Five Million gold!
