We haven't decided on an exact date yet. I am currently swamped in coursework, but my semester is ending by the end of next week, so I unfortunately could not log on to ask around and see what day would be the best lately...
The weekend after next is Christmas eve/day, which complicates things further. Anyways as of right now I am going to say that the meeting will take place either sometime between the 18th-23rd or during the week right after Christmas.
As I mentioned on our private forums, it would be nice and more efficient if somebody else could ask around in-game and set up a date in advance so that we can ensure that as many people as possible turn up. Well, if no one takes action by the end of next weekend, expect a date to be posted by the 20th.
Now then, back to my anthro paper.
