~~*Welcome to Devastation Reaper's Official Clan Recruitment Forum*~~

We are an established clan of friendly players dedicated to making our clan one of the best that Runescape has to offer. Having said that, let us make it clear that we are fair but firm and will not hesitate to kick those who become a disruption. Our overall environment is laid back, with caring and helpful members. We thank you in advance for helping to keep this calm and fun clan environment.

(Be aware that our chosen language in clan chat is English)

GENERAL RULES AND CHAT RULES

-Follow all Jagex rules

-Obey all ranks higher than your own

-Be friendly, respectful and considerate of fellow clan members

-Be helpful, co-operative and encouraging

-No flaming, botting, scamming

-No luring fellow clan mates

-No arguing/fighting/creating drama in clan chat. ( DO NOT discuss politics, religion. No one cares and no one wants to hear/read it.)

-No racist comments, slurs, or jokes of any kind.

-No begging. Begging can take many forms including constant “hinting” in clan chat that you need something or don’t have something, as an example “Membership running out”. Your membership is your problem. If you absolutely must discuss arrangements with someone who is willing to pay or help you pay for membership, please conduct it in private chat. (Spamming for items or excessive help is begging and will not be tolerated.)

-No gambling or betting in clan chat. (Duel staking and contest prizes ARE allowed.)

-Trust Loans: We recommend that you do not make trust loans of any kind, especially those involving high value items, unless you are willing to part with the trusted items forever. With that said, if you do participate in a trust loan with another member, that is between you and that person. We can not be responsible for every player's trustworthiness. As much as any of us like to think a clan mate would not abuse our trust in them, it does happen. “When in doubt, DON’T”

-Report problems to Clan Leaders to be dealt with in private.

*Clan Rules apply to all members
*Repeated breaking of these rules can result in dismissal
*Final say rests with Clan owner

Ranks and Ranking up Defined:

No matter how you play the game, we have and will continue to develop a ranking system that everyone will be able to utilize.

To rank up, one can do the following:
- Attends/Asks for Events
- Attends/Asks for D & D's
- Recruiting
- Capping at the Citadel
- Bumping Forums
- Organising/Being Helping
---- Being Helpful, Answering Questions, Hosting avatar, Final Boss KC Hunts

As an Avatar Warden, anyone found to touch the clan ban list without express permission from Overseer+ rank will be immediately removed the clan and placed on the ban list themselves. There will be no exception to this rule, as such, Temporary Administrator will only be given to veteran/trusted clan mates. We will have a mule account with the Ban list upon it for safety measures.

Ranks and Ranking up Defined Continued 01:

Casual Ranks

Recruit : This rank will be given to all new members. You will hold this rank for 2 weeks while you are on probation. During this 2 week probation period, it will be the upper ranks’ job to assess your level of skill and activity with the game. If, at the end of their probation period, it is determined that you are inactive, you will be removed from the clan. After 2 active weeks of being with our clan, you may join our ranks as a corporal and begin earning points.

Corporal : This is your first official rank as a Devastation Reaper. This is the default rank for members who have spent a significant amount of time with the clan, lasting no less than 2 weeks. Members at this rank will be eligible for promotion when they either periodically cap at the citadel (skillers) or display the ability to participate in clan pvm, especially raids and AoD.

Sergeant : This is the highest casual rank in the clan, meant for members who have proven their ability to take part in clan activities and/or help with upkeep at the citadel. Sergeant is held by long term members who show an average knowledge of several bosses but either do not perform roles or are not consistently available for pvm activities, as well as skillers who actively gain xp in the clan and do their part to cap the citadel most weeks.

Select Ranks

Lieutenant : This ranks is for members who show an active interest in group pvm, and can be reliably called upon to for bossing teams. You must have good knowledge of one or more group bosses, and will be expected to answer calls for extra members more often than not, especially for raids. They must also know at least one role besides dps, and be willing to learn new roles. Pvm rank.

Ranks and Ranking up Defined Continued 02:

Captain : The skilling select rank, meant for members who have consistently capped at the citadel, but do not partake in pvm activities. Captains will be required to let an officer rank know when they have capped for the week, and this information will be recorded on the clan spreadsheet. In addition, a fealty rank of 3 must be maintained at all times.

General : This rank is meant for those who have displayed intimate knowledge of most bosses, and are familiar with several roles or all roles. Like Lieutenants, they will be expected to answer calls for teams more often than not, as well as take an available roll if needed.

Administrator : This will be a rank given to those who are veterans of the clan. As this rank you will have power to kick disruptive clan guests. There will be 2 subsection to this rank: permanent and temporary. Both will be subject to the same rules, but temporary admins will be deranked at the end of the week. The reason for the temporary rank is that these people will be expected to be avatar warden for the better of the clan. As such there will be avatar rules that follow:

-The avatars are meant be for the benefit of all. Any hogging of the avatar may result in a time limit being put in place for it.
-The skilling avatar's first world will always be world 45, except in the case that this world is currently occupied by an avatar already.
-If you are to lobby for more than 10 minutes you must dismiss the Avatar.
-The clan Ban List is not to be tampered with by temporary Admins. If you are found to have removed names from the Ban List you will be removed from the clan.
To apply for temporary Administrator, one must be of Lieutenant rank or higher. There will be no exceptions.

‡±‡¥*~~[The Officers]~~*¥±‡±
All officers Organiser Rank + will be considered leaders of the bossing community, and are expected to take an active role in making and maintaining teams.

Organiser : Only the best generals are chosen for this rank. As an Organiser the following will be expected of you
-You will also be trusted enough to kick disruptive players, should no higher rank be online.
-You will also be expected to Attend and Host Events (These can be private bossing teams)

Co-ordinator : This rank is reserved for those who have been observed to go above and beyond at organizing clan events and keeping members active. They are in charge of the following:
-Helps to make sure that clan rules are being followed and coordinates with the owner about any changes.
-Assists in keeping track of non-cappers and parasites to be deranked and/ or purged from the clan.
-Assist with clan tours and answering questions as needed.
-Assist in moderating clan chat if problems arise.
-Assists the owner with any jobs he feels necessary.
-This rank is also responsible for maintaining the clan spreadsheet

Overseer : This rank is only given to two members at one time and as such they will have the duties listed below.

-An overseer is given the job of Citadel manager, he is responsible for all things concerning the building, upkeep and upgrading of the citadel.
-Updates clan Spreadsheet to track activity
-In the event you are online at the time a problem is presented and no Deputy owner or Owner are online, you will have final say as to determining the outcome to said problem.
-You will also have say as to accept/decline inquires for Temporary Administrator rank

Deputy Owner : This rank is only given to members trusted and able to take ownership of the clan should the current owner go on leave.
-Completely in charge when Owner is offline.
-Has the ability to make clan-changing decisions.
-The War General job is given to a deputy owner.
Current War General: Mr Kueber
-If online at the time of an A/C has final say in determining whether A/C takes place

Owner :
-Has final say in any and all clan changes/discipline/ranking
-Determines alliances and statuses with other clans
