Rules & Regulations

These are just general rules that everyone should understand that must be set in place, these are not set to prevent anyone from having fun but to ensure a safe and friendly environment for everyone to enjoy the game. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to being demoted, being kicked and being banned from the clan. Within these there can be a maximum of two warnings and upon breaking the rule for a third time can result in consequences depending on the severity of action.

We apply the following clan rules:

1. Follow all Jagex/Runescape Rules
2. No Botting or any other use of external software that give you an advantage in the game - This can result in an instant kick.
3. Maintain Civil Language in the clan chat, and swearing to a minimum. As everyone understands that there are certain circumstances that one requires it.
4. No trolling/spamming in the clan chat.
5. Please be respectful to everyone in the clan channel whether they are higher ranks, lower ranks or guests.
6. Follow all the rules.
7. If you don't like to follow rules, just follow rule 6.
8. [Recommended to] Add at least one person from the High Council or have available messaging to them - for new recruits
9. Do not beg or ask for ranks/promotions.
10. No religious references that can offend or insult anyone else.
11. If you have the ability to do so, do not abuse your kicking rights.
12. Do not ask/beg for money especially for bonds to get membership.

Ranking System

Our ranking system is aimed to allow players to pick their prefer way of playing RuneScape.
We've split it into two categories;

Skiller

&

Killer

.

This is how it works:
For

skillers

each rank has an

X amount of xp

that needs to be obtain within the clan and a certain

amount of time passed

as a member of the clan, this is a

simple

and

transperant

way of ranking.

Recruit:

0

Clan xp - N/A Time
Corporal:

10m

clan xp gained - 2 weeks in clan
Sergeant :

30m

clan xp gained (20m difference) + 1 month in clan
Lieutenant:

75m

clan xp gained (45m difference) + 2 ½ Months
Captain:

150m

clan xp gained (75m difference) + 3 Months
General:

250m

clan xp gained (100m difference) + 4 Months
Administrator:

400m

clan xp gained (150m difference) + 5 Months
Organiser:

600m

clan xp gained (200m difference) + 7 Months
Coordinator:

850m

clan xp gained (250m difference) + 10 Months
Overseer: approval from High Council
Deputy Owner: approval from High Council

Furthermore,

we grant avatar access

to all those who

keep a 3 star citadel profile

. As long as you've capped you may withdraw the avatar temporarily from the citadel!

Ranking System (Cont.)

For the

PvMers

, The following ranking system will be

executed by the PvM Council, every role

must be

trial

and will be done with at least

one PvM Council member present

with a total of

3 trials per role

, such is done to

prove effectiveness

in the role.
You have a

choice

between

knowledge of roles

or

amount of time spent at a certain boss

that gives you enough experience to be a helpful team member during boss kills.
If you find

learning a role too difficult

, you may

achieve the following KC'S

(Kill Counts). You

must have every KC for the respective

rank in order

to be ranked up

and the

required time spent in the clan

.

We currently have the ranking table on our google doc, therefore it can not be posted on the forums. For any questions feel free to guest in our CC or pm someone from the PvM Council.

You do, however, have the possibility to change ranking system. Once you do so, you'll be ranked according to where you'd stand in the respective system.
For example, if you were to pass from killer to skiller and you were already an admin, but had only 300m clan xp , you'd be ranked as a General (250m + 4 months in clan). If you were to pass from skiller to killer, then you could either quick chat KC's and you'd be ranked according to the time spent in clan and the KC's if not you'd have to start from recruit and make you're way up.

While application for the clan is not required, a PM or message to any Administrator or above ranks for an official clan invitation response will be required. We will do our very best to reply to your message and invite you to the clan within 24 hours. Otherwise joining our clan chat as a guest and requesting an invitation is also allowed.

Events in our clan are

not compulsory

, because we understand that people may have busy lives and have other things to do. However we would like to think that we are an active clan, and encourage everyone to participate as we would like everyone to build connections and work together as a clan in all that we do. Inviting other friends or members from other clans are also allowed at our clan events. We also have joint clan events with our allies occasionally that may or may not be posted on this thread.

We are trying to host 1 event each week. This varies from

PvM

to a

social skilling

event.
Events that we do are like:

Resources gathering at the citadel

If you wish to host an event, you need confirmation from an

Administator rank or above.

The Clan Councils

These are the ranks that are the

leading

body of the clan and are thus the council members or ELITE ranks. Members of these ranks are

veterans

who have been in the clan for an extended amount of time and have dedicated themselves to contributing and helping the clan or have the needed qualities to pursue the council management.

Inactivity

°¸•¸°

We understand that people may have important in real life things to do, as we do not have compulsory attendances, however we will do an activity check that results in Administrator Rank+ attendance checks.

To report inactivity, one can submit to any Organiser+ ranks who will report their inactivity, this report must include the month of inactivity and any potential date of return. Failure to meet these monthly checks without a report can result in 1 rank demotion per promotion period, three continuous intervals of this may cause the member to be kicked from the clan.
