That's not a representative criticism. You had a run in with one member who, for whatever reason (which frankly isn't your business), wasn't feeling their best. No, that doesn't make it ok for them to call you stupid, however, some appreciation of the fact that we're all human and sometimes mess up goes an awful long way. In your rush to judge other people, you've completely ignored those who were welcoming to you. I do hope others don't judge you as harshly as you judge them in your future travels and you manage to find the right community.
