*I personally do not care about the quality of player's game in gear, or stats, I just only care about the quality of the person. I prefer to encourage, not discourage people to learn from mistakes and be supportive as much as I can.

*I'll probably start a conversation with the to discuss strategies, and if my way is wrong and inefficient, so be it, and i'll learn the more efficient way.

*Improve my PvM Skill.

*Telos, Nex Aod (as a tank) and Raid bosses (As a tank)

*I would prefer to be more of a Teacher role, as it would fit my goal to assist newer players with learning mechanics and being better PvMers.
