THE CITADEL:

General information:

The Outcast owns a Tier 6 Citadel with two Avatars. It resets each Wednesday at 2 p.m. GMT. Please note new members coming from a different clan must wait 7 days before joining us. This is Jagex rules, it cannot be waived.

Citadel capping guidelines:

The Outcast does not mandate capping, however it is strongly encouraged. Not only is it an excellent source of XP, you will earn 2 points each week for doing so.

Capping at citadel consecutively for each build cycle will increase citadel xp by up to 45%. After obtaining rank three fealty you may claim an additional XP bonus by right-clicking your clan cloak. And don't forget to claim your bonus xp from the Quartermaster after capping.

If you require assistance working at the citadel, please contact an administrator or warden listed in Post 20 below.

THE AVATAR WARDEN:

Perks of the rank:

Ability to summon the Avatar. As a warden, it is your job to bring the Avatar out for the rest of the clan to utilize. Whether it be to skilling events or training for an XP boost, or GWD events where it can take a few hits for the participants, it is up to the warden(s) to determine where it is most needed.

Rank rules and guidelines:

To obtain the rank, you must be a member who shows extreme devotion to the Citadel. This means you cap each and every week AND you have your cap verified by a key rank.

Once named a warden, you must CONTINUE to cap at the citadel each week. If a situation arises where you are unable to cap during a certain week, you must notify the department manager immediately.

If you are the first to summon an Avatar, you MUST be and remain on World 104. Failure to do so may earn a strike. Other Avatars may be used on other worlds only after one is on World 104.

Avatar wardens must have current (and future) council members added to their friends lists, for easy communication.

Most importantly, there is one rule that must be followed at all times.
Do not log out with the Avatar summoned.
Lobbying is fine, just don't completely log out. This is important in that the Avatar DOES NOT go back to the citadel on it's own. You MUST dismiss it! Failure to do so may earn a strike.

Strikes and discipline:

First Strike:
A warning will be given.
Second Strike:
One-week rank suspension. Will be automatically re-appointed after the week is up.
Third Strike:
ONE-MONTH suspension. Must RE-APPLY for the position after the month is up.
Fourth Strike:
PERMANENT loss of rank. Loss of consideration to be reappointed in the future.
