Hello and Welcome! we call ourselves Regulate. Long time players and newcomers come from a variety of experience. Each leader and player has a specialty across Gielinor. Members of Regulate have a variety of Runescape backgrounds and experience such as pvmers, skillers, flippers, ironmen, and also hardcore ironmen.
