Welcome to Valispere's recruitment thread.

Valispere is a relatively new clan, formed on the 28th of December 2017. We're a Social and Community clan with a branch of players looking to move towards high level PVM and end game content.

We're looking for players who are interested in a friendly, social and active environment as well as higher level players experienced with end game content and high level PVM content.

We have members, and Admin staff that cover all timezones with a majority focus on GMT/Game time being our most active point.

No spamming
Flooding the Clan Chat with repetitive comments will cause you to be immediately kicked, depending on the severity.

Respect each other
Treat others how you would expect to be treated. Simple rule.

Respect Management and Leadership Ranks
If you are asked to stop doing something because it is breaking the rules in Clan Chat by an Admin+, then you will be expected to stop after your first warning. You'll be given a couple of warnings before you'll be removed from the clan. Admin+ ranks moderate the chat when they are present and aim to keep it as peaceful as possible.

Take Fights out of Clan Chat
If you are having a heated discussion with a clan member and it begins to become offensive or disruptive, please take it to a PM. Nobody else wants to listen to your argument and it doesn't look good for our guests and newer members.

Bullying or Cursing
Banter is acceptable, anything past this is considered bullying.

Asking for Ranks
Ranks are given out to those who deserve it. Demanding a rank will only delay your progression to that rank in the future. If you have any queries about your progression in the clan and are interested in becoming an admin, then please PM Yumme.

Try to Keep Chat Clean
The majority of our members are mature (18+), however, we do have some younger members. If a member states that they are offended by your comments, then please refrain from continuing your discussion, open a FC or a PM instead.

No Discussion of Politics, Religion or Illegal Topics
These topics tend to turn into a huge debate and many people have varying opinions which can offend some members. Majority of the time these discussions turn into a heated debate, please shy away from mentioning anything to do with these topics.

Ranking system

Our ranking system is based on a point system. The following number points are needed to obtain ranks:

Recruit

0 points

Corporal

10 points

Sergeant

25 points

Lieutenant

50 points

Captain

100 points

General

200 points

Points for ranking are obtained through:

Capping

2 points

Recruiting

2 points

Attending or hosting an event

1 point

Being social in clan

1 point (per week)

Special

1 point

Capping

Capping is mandatory to gain rank in the clan. The following number of points in capping are needed for each rank:

Corporal

2 capping points

Sergeant

4 capping points

Lieutenant

8 capping points

Captain

16 capping points

General

32 capping points
