Citadel Update

Upkeep has been made so we are now carrying on with building tier 7 which is 67% complete.
We need 50229 metal bars, 69479 precious bars, 26997 cloth and 48390 rations.
We have had 18 visitors so far this week so need 12 more before next wednesday.
