Requirements

Apex Prime members must have both 130+ combat level and 2250+ total level. Prospective members that are exceedingly close to these requirements should PM a key rank to ask about special exceptions (we do allow Ironmans - see below!).

Our goal in setting these requirements is make sure that all recruits are able to attend most or all of our combat and PvM events. Unfortunately, we very rarely allow exceptions to these requirements. Additionally, members must agree to be respectful and polite as well as obey our clan rules. Anyone accept into the clan without meeting the requirements will remain at 1 bar rank until they have gained the appropriate levels.

Apex Prime members are now permitted to invite their Ironman or Hardcore Ironman account into the clan! These accounts will remain at Recruit (1 stripe) provided that they cap each week. Note that this does not count towards your main account's cap to qualify for ranks.

In order to keep the Clan Chat as safe and welcoming a place as possible, as well as maintain the integrity of the Clan as a whole, we believe certain rules and guidelines should be put in place. These are as follows:


1.
The Golden Rule


: treat others how you would like to be treated.

2. No flaming/raging/witch-hunting in the Clan Chat.

3. Keep profanity and other language in good taste.

4. No scamming drops or items from anyone, clan members or otherwise.

5. No asking for cash or item loans in the Clan Chat, keep it to Private Message.

6. Don't argue!! Be accepting of other peoples opinions and ideas.

7. Have fun! Runescape is a game and should be enjoyable for all players.

General Ranking System
=================




In Apex Prime, we strive to recognize the members of our community that go above and beyond to further the clan's cause. We believe that an active, successful clan is made up of active and friendly members who enjoy all aspects of runescape.

We understand that each of our members have their own personal goals to achieve and at times they will want to focus on these, and that one of the great things about runescape is that it enables people to play the game the way that they want too.

We try to accomodate this in our ranking system by not specifying one single thing over another when we consider people for promotion.

You do not need a rank in order to host events and all members are highly encouraged to do so; your efforts will be noticed. Described below are the specifics of each rank.

If you feel that you qualify for any rank up to and including General (Gold Star), inform a key or cross rank of your candidacy. However, please do not ask for ranks beyond General as these are given out on a case-by-case basis.

If you cap at the citadel, we will give temporary Admin Ranks for the rest of that citadel build tick, giving access to avatar as a reward for capping. On reset those ranks are reset, but as soon as another cap is completed, we will give back the temporary ranking and avatar access.

Specific Rankings

Recruits (One Stripe):

This is a multi-purpose rank used for Ironman accounts, members who do not quite meet our level requirements, and those who have recently been muted by an admin.


Corporals (Two Stripes):


Any accounts which remain without membership for more than 1 month, will be given the rank of Corporal until membership is re-instated.

Sergeants (Three Stripes):


Once you have joined Apex and a Co-ord or above has approved your application you will be given this rank.

Lieutenant - General:


Moving up ranks will depend on your activity level within the clan, which can include any or all of the following:

- being active, friendly and helpful in the clan chat and accepting of all members
regardless or their levels or knowledge
- attending events and/or doing things with other clan members, including teaching
members how to do different bosses, minigames etc
- visiting and capping at the citadel
- bumping the forum thread
- being active on the clan teamspeak.

Though capping is not mandatory, it does assist the clan to maintain avatars and full skill plots at the citadel. During times when the clan is working towards a tier upgrade at the citadel, higher ranks in the clan, star+
will
be expected to cap and maintain fealty.

Admin+:


Admin+ ranks are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis. These ranks will be given with the approval of the Clan Owner, do not ask for these ranks. If you have the avatar out (world 85 whenever possible) make sure to let the cc know where it is (world and location) regularly. Active admin+ ranks MUST maintain 3 star fealty on their main accounts.

In Apex Prime, we believe that alternative forms of communication really help bring our community together. Teamspeak allows us to talk via voice chat, which is especially useful while doing Pvm together, Dung and Mini Game activites and also for simply hanging out.
