A: Yes

Q: Name one of our Clan Rules and explain why it should be followed.
A: "2. Do not discuss sensitive and potentially divisive issues in the Clan Chat. A non-exhaustive list of such topics include: politics, religion, drugs, racism, gambling (e.g. staking) and sexual content. " This rule should be followed because Runescape is not a forum to discuss volatile topics. It is an environment to relax and have fun.
