07.) Ever been in a clan like this? If yes, what made you leave: Was in a pvm clan at one point but wasn't really dictated in a council was just a group of people.

09.) What is the DESIGNATED APP WORD found in Clan Rules: Stone

10.) List one or two ways you can earn points within the clan: Capping, Attending Events/Hosting, War/War Practice, Bumping

11.) Do you commit to promoting the clan whenever you can, including in-game advertising and bumping (if you don't know what this is, please ask): I can try but I mostly play on mobile nowadays so bumping wise it might be hard, but throwing down vex whilst skilling is easy enough.

12.) Do you promise to remain in our Clan Chat at ALL times while in-game: Of course, I see no reason not to.

13.) What is it you hope to achieve by being part of The Outcast: Make some friends, have a good time

14.) What are some of your in-game goals? What motivates you to achieve them: 120 Thieving and Maxing are current two goals, nothing really motivates me other then them being pretty capes.
