Why do you deserve this new rank and/or position:
- I believe as a player who is highly interested in Entry - Mid level pvm, and my experience in the past with teaching combat and PvM enviroments, I could be a substantial addition to the Outkast Leadership Team. My patience and understanding with new players will provide a positive learning experience, while also preparing them for harder content. The ability to point them in the correct direction to meet whatever goals they may come across. Whether its profitable skilling, quest help, or just PvM in general, I believe my social interaction within the clan and willingness to help would be extremely beneficial.
If applying for a Dept. Manager or Deputy, what are some talents or experience that will allow you to succeed in this new role:
- I have played RS3, OSRS, Tera, and Wow since 2006. During that time I have been appointed to numerous positions with different responsibilities. Between 09-13, and 14-18, I was the Raid Leader and Primary recruiter for a Guild called "No Big Deal" in WoW. We pushed endgame content on release and were in the running for server first progression amongst hundreds of other guilds. The primary reason this is important to me, is because its not about recruiting players who are excellent at PvM, its about recruiting players that can thrive from knowledge and provide a positive social relationship with the rest of the clan. Anyone can learn PvM, with the right teachers, and right atmosphere.
If applying for a Dept. Manager or Deputy, who or what encouraged you:
- I would say at most, Jedy encouraged me in a way. Ed is a high tier, endgame player, who has gone out of his way to teach myself and others, Mid-Level bossing. This act has kinda ignited a spark in me to teach what I know and am capable of to others.
