Citadel Update

Ready for reset in a few hours and the upgraded statue at the portal entrance should now appear.
As the citadel is now fully completed, all plots will remain open so you can all work on the skills that you wish.
Upkeep each week is very low and I am able to get this solo with the help of the avatars, so nobody needs to feel that they have to work on a plot that they don't want to.
Well done everyone on the completion of the citadel
