THE CITADEL:

General information:

The Outcast owns a Tier 7 Citadel. It resets each Wednesday at 8 p.m. GMT.

Citadel capping guidelines:

The Outcast does not mandate capping, however it is strongly encouraged. Not only is it an excellent source of XP, you will earn 2 points each week for doing so.

Capping at citadel consecutively for each build cycle will increase citadel xp by up to 45%. After obtaining rank three fealty you may claim an additional XP bonus by right-clicking your clan cloak. And don't forget to claim your bonus xp from the Quartermaster after capping. Additionally for obtaining a higher clan fealty your xp from the avatar warden will increase by 1% per fealty up to a 6% xp boost while training skills with an avatar summoned.

If you require assistance working at the citadel, please contact a citadel manager.

WEEKEND CONTEST
Weekend contest is an opportunity where you can rank up points by placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd. To participate let an events manager that you simply wish to do so. Participation also earns you 1 point. Contests will differ weekend to weekend but will usually consists of most kills of a specific boss in a weekend or a skilling contest of a combination of set skills or overall xp, that would last all weekend. Contests will last Friday night 12 am GMT and last until Sunday night 11:59 GMT, and will be tracked by means of RuneClan or from your own Runemetrics profile (so have your Runemetrics privacy set to public, so that you may have your record tracked).
