- Must own t90+ weapons and t80+ geared armor with perks
- Must have be max combat, have overloads, curses and 99 summoning
- Must have accuracy/zerk auras, dreadnips, vigour ring, adren pots

To achieve general rank you must be able to pass 4 out of the 8 requirements listed on the following post. Challenge gem is required and does not count towards 1 of the 4.
