Hey, Alkrinoth. I've had a look at your application and it seems pretty good. I'll go ahead and explain a bit of what quota is right here; It's basically a system of free set xp that you gather in the citadel, there are lots of opportunities to get bonus xp as well. You have a choice of skills such as mining, crafting, smithing, firemaking, even summoning(there are a few more). We ask that you complete it when on in order for all of us to be able to gain more xp per a week, and to gather the resources as a clan, as it is our most common event. That said, feel free to ask more questions, I can elaborate more, or you could ask somebody else if you wish. We generally meet on Tuesdays and Sundays, depending on how many people are on. We'll do events then, and of course you're always welcome to try rounding people up for something on your own.
