i would like to invite you the world 103 poc community

Our goals are to bring back the thriving POC community of the late 2000s and to have fun while doing so! We will try to answer any questions about what it means to be a Player Owned City as well as keep track of our land claims on this thread. If a clan "claims" land in 103 but is not a part of this thread, they will not be acknowledged by any of the clans here; we are a separate and organised community.

World 103 was chosen due to many clans having a large amount of EST players. However, should an event be hosted that is primarily another timezones, a world will be chosen accordingly. This community prides itself on being open with our actions; because of this, all land claims, treaties, and any other documents will be posted on this thread.
