FC Operations have been suspended!

Introduction/Table of Contents

The purpose of the “Discon Rares” friends chat (FC) is to track the prices of various discontinued, rare and promotional items. Item prices for those items currently price checked in the FC are kept in the SOF/TH Disc. Item Status series of threads, currently “SOF/TH Disc. Item Status V5” qfc: 17-18-220-65806603, in cooperation with another FC who also posts prices there but has chosen to no longer PC these items.

Additional items are planned for the future and the appropriate status thread for those items will be utilized.

1.2 Rules

All game rules and all forum rules (code of conduct).

Respect all players at all times.

Keep it friendly.

Off-topic chat is allowed but may be suspended by a rank or PCer at their discretion.

No spamming, trolling, fake prices, manipulation, profanity, politics or religion. No drama.

A rank may kick any player from the FC at any time for any reason if they feel the FC user’s presence is detrimental to the smooth functioning of the FC.

Discussion of price trends is not allowed.

Trading in the FC is not allowed. Former PCer and rank in the "R Quark", "TH Rares PC" and "Nex and SS" Friend's Chats. Now independently operating.

1.3 PCing policy/Items PC’d

PCing Policy

All prices are prices reported to the FC for offers completed in the Grand Exchange.

All prices are reported in millions of gold pieces (GP).

The B/S rounding convention is followed: B up/S Down.

Prices above 1 mil are rounded to the 1/10th of a mil.
Prices below 1 mil are rounded to the 1/100th of mil.

All prices reported to the FC are assumed to be within the last 10 minutes unless stated otherwise.

Overnight offers may be accepted at PCer/rank discretion but are generally not accepted.

The FC reserves the right to reject any update given on the forums or in the FC with reason.

Parasol 1: apple/lemon/lime/orange/strawberry

Rank in the FC is determined at the sole discretion of the FC owner, but may take into account recommendations from existing ranks.

1.5 Ban List

The FC ban list is determined at the sole discretion of the FC owner. Any player may be banned from the FC for any reason at any time in order to maintain order in the FC. Former PCer and rank in the "R Quark", "TH Rares PC" and "Nex and SS" Friend's Chats. Now independently operating.
