Ever since 2010, we've been a strongly driven community clan who specialise in skilling. We try to cater to everyone in the active RuneScape community. From being able to chat in our relaxed, chilled community to participating in events ranging from PvM, PvP, Dungoneering, Skilling Competitions to events from outside the main game! It really does offer you everything WITHOUT forcing you to take it. This really isn't your ordinary Community Clan, so please feel free to check us out.

We also have our own Offsite Forums, a TeamSpeak server - a few of us may even add you on Skype, all optional of course!

This clan did not exist in 2010 please make these corrections, 1. if you are going to include WayofWar the begining notation for Fortress, then DO NOT INSULT IT by saying we were community driven since 2010, because i guaranteee you that is a lie, we Founded Way Of War For the simple Fact we wanted War, we could care less about our community driven newbly other halves, we as in the founders made this clan for simply Waring nothing more.


2ndly, Imurk8rs,GrimLReaper,Alawlet,BoneClaw548 were the Founders of Way of War, not sole* murk, stop trying to put history of the clan up if you seriously do not even know what you are talking about. its just more ignorance.

1. Fair point, but I'm sure the clan was around in June 2010. I would know, I was there.
2. I was under the impression that Murk came up with the idea to start a new clan since he'd had enough of 3GE. Also, nearly all the history was taken from the thread right back when Jen was RSOF host. If you have any complaints, please direct them towards her (tell me when you're doing it, I'll join in too).

P.S want to rewrite the introduction and stuff, maybe even history? I'll buy you your bowls...I thought not.

Way of War was founded july 13/14 2010 (I even made a 6 month milestone post on the first offsite as proof) . Way of War was renamed to Fortress when we decided to stop warring competitively. Wasnt WoW's biggest selling point as a warring clan was that it was one of the only ones with a decent community - we used to pass that line around like it was our main selling point. Not to mention we had leaders. who would focus just on the community side like jen and danni (they seemed pretty strongly driven atleast at start). Even reaper made firat offsite as more of a community thing rather than a tool for warring in 2010 (and he was pretty dedicated to that). At times it was like we were 2 halfs of a clan. Sure it might not have been your intentions right at the start when you first founded the clan, but the community side of WoW grew since 2010 - to us expanding out to cockroach soldier events, pking in wildy to even duel arena wbere jackl65 owned pumm and I managed to get my smiley/recruit rank. Sure we were probablly more driven as a warring clan, but we never let the community side of things slip, it was quite important to some people aswell. As we grew as a warring clan so did our community.

Im willing to make the line less misleading though i see where your coming from since it says skilling. So how's this:

anyways, Way Of War Was started in 2010, not fortress, you seem to have my words confused, Fortress is a completely different entity, maybe the same people in regards, but no, their is no more Way Of War You guys have made sure of that.
Locking that name away for who knows how long it will be.

I think this is worth adding to our history see tier 5 citadel was one of our biggest goals. Also getting close to 5b total xp so that might be worth adding the our history once we hit it.

¨°º!ï¡ï!º°¨ After hard work from the members of Fortress, Tier 5 Citadel was achieved.
