Clan Home Forum is not meant to be used for recruiting. It is for discussion or planning threads, if a clan feels the need to have one separate from their recruitment thread or their private clan forums attached to their Clan Page. You will have much better results in one of the Recruitment Forums.
If, as a 'bossing group', you have a minimum combat level required for joining, your thread would best fit in either Recruitment – 100 Combat and over or Recruitment – Under 100 Combat , depending on what that minimum level is. If you have no requirements for joining, the Recruitment - Social & Community Clans could be the best fit.
When you have decided which Recruitment Forum is the best fit for your clan, you can then post on Forum Help to request that this thread be moved there.
