Hey everyone. Due to some of the major changes recently, there has been a lot of concern. While I've done my best to include everyone in the discussion, it has come to my attention that I didn't do a good job of that, and I'm sorry. Because of this, as well as some misunderstandings, arguments, and of course our weekly sweeps, we took a major hit recently.

After talking to the high council, we decided it would be best to enter a rebuilding stage, alter our policies a bit, and work together as a true team. It has been my goal from the start to build a clan based on activity, to be unique in that way, but perhaps my goals are a bit too far reaching.

I will use this post to outline the changes made today;

1) Risk list/Activity sheet - instead of 2 weekly points, you will only need 1 point every week to be active, until we have enough members to host plenty of events. More info in the relevant post on recruitment thread.

2) Permanent Membership - Clan members who earn clan member of the month, and council member who help enough to rank up within council will earn a spot in the clan forever, immune to clan activity sweeps.

3) Event logs - Smaller events that are more difficult to host such as nex, or rots, can give full credit. Small events that are easier like bandos, or fishing with less than 5 people should be in a log of weekly events by that host. These events award 1 hosting point instead of 2, but credit those who attend events. Minimum amount for events is 3 people.

4) Kicking - Instead of kicking people after high risk, we will now instead be demoting people. This gives higher ranks more time as they have been active in the clan longer. We will also not put new members on risk list at all, giving them the full 5 weeks.

5) Recruitment - No level requirement. Lets get some lovely noobs in here!

6) Edited app slightly.

Above info is relevant, and was repeated and explain during meeting. Full meeting transcript available on discord like always. Raffle winners are Flarm and powerofpeace!

Citadel resources needed are both bars, stone, and cloth! Please focus on upkeep first if you wish to help out.

New addition to the clan and recruitment:

Recruiting 10 full members now earns you full permanent membership status once you reach General. Also consider joining council when you do!

Simple meeting this week, but very important regardless.

Hopefully this will encourage more people to help recruit, which in turn will give us more actives, and allow us to host more events. Thank you all for helping if you already do.
