This is the updated code of conduct, you will learn how to earn ranks and maintain them, as well as earn rights to using our 3 avatars!
We need to maintain our upkeep in order to keep our tier 7 citadel in tact so it is imperative that we all take part and cap to make this clan the best it can be!

Now while we don't require capping, it is strongly encouraged, and can help earn you ranks in the clan...

At the start of each build tick, a list will be created and key ranks will keep track of the people who have capped (see the list made by Master Daddy below). If someone doesn't notice, don't fret, this can still be confirmed! Just let someone know.
Then when the next tick begins, the list will be reviewed and ranks adjusted accordingly...


There are 3 easy ranks you can earn through capping!
-Corporal
-Sergeant
-Lieutenant
Each of these will be gained by completing one cap...so after 3 weeks you could be a Lieutenant!

These ranks will be earned by continuous capping and helping the clan in other ways (see below), they cannot be earned in less than 2 weeks
-Captain
-General

We don't use Admin as a rank.

To become an Organizer or a Coordinator, it will be at the 'key ranks' of the clan disgression,
You will need to be involved in other things such as: clan activities, recruiting, and being involved within the chat (in addition to your weekly capping)!

In order to earn
Avatar Warden
status, you will need to maintain a clan fealty rank of 3 (this just means that you have capped 3 weeks in a row) as well as being at least an Admin. You must also please SEND THE AVA HOME after use (if you will be logging out for greater than 10 minutes...or if there is demand to use it).

If you don't cap on any given week, you may be demoted. This is to encourage capping, so don't worry as you can always earn your rank back.
Of course there are sometimes valid reasons for not being able to get online, feel free to talk to any rank, as long as that doesn't become persistent.


-Goes without saying deputy, overseer, & coordinator 's should always be capping and doing what they can to help the clan-

Any avatar wardens must continue to cap and maintain Fealty Rank 3 to keep it. We will not demote you should you still be doing other things for the clan, but you will lose your avatar warden until the next time you do cap.

We will do our best not to miss anyone but if you do happen to cap, and it is not noticed by a rank (no one online), then please let someone know (this can be easily confirmed by checking in the clan chat list) so the message can be conveyed to either myself or Master Daddy, as we will be the 2 updating the list on this thread. We don't want to miss anyone!

Avatar Rules:

-If none are present on world 67, use it on that world first and foremost.
-Always dismiss before you leave.

DXP Rules:

-Only thing different is that you are to remain stationary (ie. burth or a place with portables) so that more people can benefit from the 6% boost.
-Also call your location when people ask in chat.

We shall have designated individuals to use avatars on DXP which will start on Feb. 17th. They will be in 3 locations at all times...
1. World 67 Burth
2. World 99 or 100 for portables (likely burth or Combat Academy)
3. World 2/Citadel (For portables or capping, whichever is higher demand)

Clan Chat Rules:

Although the clan chat is open to any topic at any time, there are some expectations that members are expected to uphold. Expectations such as:

-respecting other clan mates. (Being in this clan is to promote fun and positive behavior. If you choose to be negative, please leave it out of the clan chat.)

-respecting other members within the chat. (Whether or not they are in the clan, how others perceive us is important.)



Aside from basic respect for one another, the clan chat is open to any and every topic!



While this is not a requirement, it is asked that you keep inappropriate language to a minimum as there are members who are not accustomed to such due to age.

For Double Xp Weekend, our clan will have portables set up at all times in the Citadel paired with the Avatar (6% bxp) located there as well.
