Realm of Light is a relaxed, laid back and social clan, and to enforce this our rules are more like guidelines, however there are some hard and fast rules that will be enforced strictly.

We expect the guidelines to be observed, but we expect that the members know where the line is, and to have some form of self control, and a high level of respect for their fellow clan-mates.

All of JAGEX rules apply for anyone not sure on those rules they can be found Here

Additional areas that we would consider guidelines are as follows;

All of the above can be discussed, just.. be sensible.

The areas that are a strict enforcement, and will absolutely not be tolerated are;

Strike System

Unfortunately, there are those who will inevitably break the rules, regardless how relaxed they are. Some people just have no self control, this strike system is for them, not the majority of our members.

Stage 1
: Any staff (Admin+) will contact you and give you a reminder that you are crossing the line, and to be careful.

Stage 2
: Any staff (Admin+) will contact you again giving you a clear warning that you are breaking our rules, and direct you here, or to the rules on discord to demonstrate what was said/done was a violation of the agreement made by joining the clan. This is Strike 1.

Stage 3
: Any Owner (Keys) will contact you and make it abundantly clear that you have repeatedly broken our rules, and will effectively be given an ultimatum, be nice or be gone. This is Strike 2.

Stage 4
: You will be booted from the clan, Arrivederci, Sayonara, Ciao this will be done with no further warnings or discussions. This is Strike 3.

All warnings and reasoning should be shared amongst the staff teams so that you aren't being warned for the same things more than once (unless you repeatedly act out of hand on the same topic)

Staff can't always be on 24/7 so we urge you to take screen shots if something is happening that you don't feel is right, you will be kept anonymous.

Realm of Light have worked hard over the last few years to remain a safe place, and removing the toxicity has been painful, so we'd like to keep it that way.

This ranking system is design to give everyone a fair shot, it doesn't favour people who will just beast through 500m XP in a month, and it doesn't favour capping.

•
Recruit

-Given to those who join the clan

•
Corporal

- Gain 15M XP whilst in the clan
or
- Cap at the Citadel 2 Times
Must Also
- Be a member of the clan for 2 Weeks

•
Sergeant

- Gain 30M XP whilst in the clan
or
Cap at the Citadel 5 Times
Must Also
- Be a member of the clan for 2 Months

•
Lieutenant

- Gain 55M XP whilst in the clan
or
- Cap at the Citadel 13 Times
Must Also
- Be a member of the clan for 4 Months

•
Captain

- Gain 75M XP whilst in the clan
or
-Cap at the Citadel 21 Times
Must Also
-Be a member of the clan for 6 Months

•
General

- Gain 110M XP whilst in the clan
or
-Cap at the Citadel 29 Times
Must Also
-Be a member of the clan for 8 Months

Administrator is an "Achievable Rank" though as it comes with responsibilities you will be spoken to before hand to ensure that you're going to be an asset to the team.

Administrator

- Gain 250M XP whilst in the clan
Must Also
-Cap at the Citadel 42 Times
Must Also
-Be a member of the clan for 12 Months


All ranks from (and including) Administrator are given at Key Holder discretions, when applicants make their interest known.

Capping at your Citadel
.•°´`°•.

The Citadel resets itself every Saturday, the majority of clan members prefer to cap on this re-set day.

Capping is an element that goes towards your ranks, so please ensure that you post a snip-it or screenshot of your capping message in the clan Discord #Capping-Screenshots to ensure that it is included in your profile.

Reasons to Cap

This Citadel is Yours!

The Citadel is something built by every contributing member of the clan, we're fortunate enough to have a good team of cappers, and have maxed out citadel out completely, though it does still require upkeep, without people like you capping, the citadel can fall into disrepair and de-grade.

•
Free Experience!

Capping at the citadel at any of the stations gains you XP in that skill, so for "buyable" skills such as Smithing and Crafting, this is an added bonus.

•
Bonus XP!

Once you've capped at the citadel, you're eligible to claim free Bonus XP from the Quarter Master (found inside the keep, opposite the banker) The amount of Bonus XP varies, but the Firemaking skill grants the most at almost 110k!

Clan Cloak XP!

Once you've capped at the citadel, you're eligible to claim an XP reward from your cloak, typically around 12k.

•
6% Constant XP Buff!

Once you've obtained, and maintain Fealty 3 by capping weekly, you'll be able to activate your XP Boost. This is a flat 6% XP boost applicable to everything you do in-game, and is stackable with other boosts such as Aura's and DXP Weekends etc.
