OMEGA XP RANKING SYSEM




OMEGA XP (OXP)
has a unique ranking system. Our ranking system is split up into a 3 tier system with its own way of ranking up to each tier!!

INACTIVES
-

Inactives can be a burden on clans. To combat this we will purge inactives every 4 months. To prevent yourself from being purged simply gain 100k experience.

TIER 1 -
CHEVRON TIER -


The Chevron tier is the first Tier of the ranking system. This tiers ranking system is based off experienced earned in the clan. You must earn X amount of experience before you move onto the next tier. The ranks are listed below.

Recruit
- no experience required. Starting out rank when first joining Clan.

Corporal
- 1,000,000 experience is required to reach the rank

Sergeant
- 2,500,000 experience is required to reach this rank.

***please note that you can be ranked up at any of the Organiser+ descression. To rank up to next tier you will have to show you are actively involved in the clan

TIER 2 -
STAR TIER -


The Star Tier is the second tier on the ranking system. This ranking tier system is based off how active you are in the clan and how involved. The ranks are listed below

Lieutenant
- continually show involvement in the clan. active in CC. Helpful to oter mhembers.

Captain
- Actively in CC helpful to other members. Showing Leadership Skills. Helping the Clan grow

General
- Actively in CC and helping other members. Helping cap at the Citadel. Taking on leadership.

***Please note that an Organiser+ can rank up at thier descression. To go to the next tier you must be completely active in the clan and show you can lead and be a Moderator

TIER 3 -
DIAMOND TIER -


The Diamond Tier is the Third and final tier in the ranking system. To rank up into this tier and rank up in this tier you must actively show you can moderate and help lead the clean and help us grow as a whole. It is a team effort. Below is the ranks and the duties with each rank.

Administrator
- Clan Modeators. Makes sure no one is breaking the rules. Helping solve clan problems.

Organiser
- each Organiser has there own Unique job. Either Help run and Maintain Citadel, and are team members to either Event Team or Recruitment team.

Coordinator
- This rank is given to Member of the month award. While member of the month moderate chat and assist Overseers. Also are the Team Leads (Events & Recruitment)

Overseer
- The Leanest, Meaning and best members hold this Spot. They Help assist other diamond tier members while also forum monderating and vote for when a leader resigns, quits, or needs to be removed.

***Please note there is more than One Leader. The leaders are the Deputy Owners. Everyone has a part to play in the Clan. We are team. When Voting to replace a Leader is held, a minimum of 4 are required for voting to take place. (only Overseers may be in consideration for replacement leader)
