Burgoyne has had numerous opportunities in the past after his "well-behaved" movement but he always turned into a Troll and Went back into old ways. Kingdom of Ashdale's vote will remain as a No in future votes. Sorry Burgoyne, I'm done giving you chances. I'm unmoved from my answer and there is no room for convincing.

I appreciate and acknowledge the fact that the Kingdom of Zaros has been declined from entering this community by an overwhelming vote by most of the clan representatives here. In the run up to the new year I have realised it is time for a change in how I conduct myself, as it has only led to alienation for me and unfortunately the Kingdom of Zaros.

My target in writing this message, is hopefully that you will allow me to come to the next clan representative meeting in order for me to plea my case for Zarosian entry. I of course accept the fact that many of you will be skeptical about this, and would probably be considering blanking me, but I implore you all to hear me out.

I know many of you know this, but I must officially post my resignation as thread holder and as leader of IOS. I focused too much on the clan and this community and didn't put enough effort into my schooling where I almost lost my scholarship. Not that my grades were bad but I have a very demanding scholarship that means I can't afford to put serious effort into anything else. I will continue to buy the teamspeak for the community and all are welcome on it still.

However, before I leave, there are some matters that need to be taken care of:

- First of all is a vote that people have wanted to be passed which was the removal of the "no warring for capitals" agreement. An alternative to that would be that the capital CAN be warred for if the clan has other land and they are not warred off the world.

- Second of all would be an officially greeting to all the new clans! I have no doubt you will all succeed and make this clan enjoyable for everyone.

- Last is the matter of my replacement. As of now, Zaire has expressed his desire to be thread holder. I also would like to say that I support either Desert Spear or Spears* for the position as well. If any others would like to run, please post by Monday the 4th and the leaders will vote from there.

My parting advice to you all is to continue doing what we have been doing. Don't let past bickering or petty arguments cloud the fun of this. We started this community to make POCs enjoyable for everyone and to keep ourselves around. Up until this, POCs were dying out and I am glad to say that we have begun to turn the tides in our favour. If we can continue this not just for us, but for future people who haven't gotten the chance to enjoy the community or clan type, we will have done a good thing.
