Imperial Decree, Imperator Ignis I; November the 22nd, Year 1 of the 6th Age:

The Imperium, due to its current state of change, is willing to come to an alternative to war at the moment. We are willing to pay off the Kingdom of Ashdale 40,000 gp in order for them to leave Rimmington alone and cease the gathering of military power. The time will come when we shall meet on the battlefield, but I hope that we can come to a peaceful resolve for the time being.
