The Imperium votes no on this matter due to past issues with clan members. However, should the clan still be around and interested in joining the community by the first of the New Year, we will vote yes. As you say, Kat, the past is in the past, but it can still hurt you.

Youyou may say he's not going to be who he usually is, and I have to admit that I have enjoyed talking to him over the past few days; I've enjoyed talking to him because I'm not forced to deal with him on a regular basis. Past clans that he has been a part of creating have failed/been disbanded within a very quick amount of time, and honestly, we are trying to go for quality over quantity. Should you still be interested on January 1st, we shall accept you into our community.
