I am going to say this once, and only once.



Zirak Kingdom, and all it's inhabitants are under my protection. If you are asked to not post in their threads. You will not do so. That includes bumping, posting just a period, anything.

There is still a lot of pent up anger from events in the past.

We are building a thriving community, that I am very proud of. We do not need to stoop to Jor's level.

While spending many months away from runescape Burgoyne has seen the error of his ways and has parted company from the negative influences of Zaros.

Deeply remorseful he has sought salvation in our lord Saradomin, the changes have been profound and he is progressing so well that some of us even consider him to be the prophesied messiah that the Teutonic State has been waiting patiently for.

Burgoyne will not post on any forums not affiliated with world 103 and i will personally see that his code of conduct is exemplary.


Zaxis you say that that Zirak Kingdom is under your protection , please then can you explain the tidal wave of contraband cookies making its way into our State ?

To be honest, I am a little annoyed about some events that have transpired. Zirak Kingdom was on the cusp of joining our community but had not yet because they were under the impression that certain members caused drama. Up until this point, we did not have this issue and we even warned that drama towards clans would not be tolerated. That includes posts towards other POCs that are ALL welcome here.

We are not a hateful or rude community. We coexist with each other and chose to be POCs and have fun roleplaying with land claims and wars. We don't try to make uneven odds against other clans, which is why we leave allies out of most wars.

Either grow up and learn to deal with people you don't like, or leave now because we won't put up with that.

Thank you Zaxis. I would like to add to this.

While I do not have relationships with the POC communities of old, I value the relationships that we are trying to build in this community as well as those outside the community.

Though it may not be necessary, I have made it my personal mission to help rebuild the POC community and will not see anyone harm the relationships built in the 103 community or outside of it.

While I cannot offer the same protection Zaxis can, I will do everything in my power to assist in this effort and my clan will back me every step of the way.

If there are issues that need to be settled, I have no issue hosting them in game or on the TS.

My Friends chat is always open.

I'm here to vouch for both the Zirak Kingdom and the w103 POC community. I know neither of you like me but you both highly value actual friendship between members of your community (or allies in ZKs case) and you both try your best to ensure a drama free environment.

Honestly, ZK would fit well in here.

I can highly appreciate this. I'm not sure what's going on and who ZK is but I'd love to have another community join us.
