We have no mandatory participation requirement because real life has always come first. If you need to take a break from the clan for awhile I'm happy to put you on a list to not be kicked. We've always had college/uni students and adults with real lives. My objective is to keep good members who enjoy being together when they play, as opposed to a clan full with bragging rights as owner.
I don't believe you'll be bad luck for us at all. Some clans thrive, others fall by the wayside depending on what happens in real life for everyone. Life happens when we're making other plans.
