The story of W31 clans, POC, and Rp is a great and long one. No one is sure when it began, for it is still being debated by many who have come to it. This realm has seen many great individuals under banners of great kingdoms, but also many groups, or wholes of clans, who made that kingdom what it was. The numbers uncountable, because of amount, but some are recallable. W31 reached its Rp height in the Generation of the Primes. This showed great people creating long lasting clans, most of which are still known today. Later generations brought us heated political arguments, and also battles at war, with great loss. Now in W31, clans still battle for land, but with little to no POC/POE and Rping. Each of these era's are defined by something unique. Each person is. Each group is. But overall they are defined by W31, a title of a place so adored, and yet also ridiculed. This world has lasted long and it will continue to, even if it lay empty. I feel though as if it will never be empty of it's undefined heroes and villains. It may have seemed dead when W42 grew in size, but there is obvious proof it wasn't, and it isn't down now. It still has old clan leaders, and new followers, with unwritten history never forgotten. People keep coming back for more. (Caiatinus)

Welcome! To the World 31 Land Claims! This is where I as the thread holder organize the land claims for the clans of World 31. Thank you clans for voting for this threads existence, and thank you to the past thread holders.

Brief Explanation: This very old community is based around division of Runescape land ownership (POC). If you are interested in enrolling your clan into the W31 community please take a look at our applications on page 1, post 8 and fill one out.

Rules



1. All clans can claim a capital.

2. Lands claimed must be physically (Land, Water, Railroad) to the clans capital, or other land the clan owns. Fairy Rings only work with permission from the controllers of Zanaris. Gliders do not work.

3. All wars for land must be declared on this thread using the proper application.

4. All wars must be negotiated between both sides, if both sides can not reach an agreement, the default war rules will be used. The default rules will be activated 72 hours after the war declaration if rules of the war can not be established.

5. A clan may not war for all land, it must be done land by land.

6. Warring clans may not trade land until their war is over. This includes clans who have had war declared.

7. A clan may only claim one piece of land every 24 hours (Excluding land received in War, trading, or giving.

8. When using allies in wars, those allies may only be members of this claim system at the time of the war declaration.

9. A clan may only trade a max of 2 lands every 24 hours.

10. The default war rules are Everything turned on, allies disallowed, as well as when the third day comes, and defaults are implemented, the war must be on that day. The defending clan will chose the first round map of the war. The attacking clan will chose the second round map. The default third map is blasted forest.

11. Clan merging can not occur during war, ***e the declaration is set, the clan may not perform merges to gain an unfair loophole if allies are turned off.

12. If a staff member’s clan is to go to war they are not allowed to ref.

13. With the permission of the land owner, a clan may make a request to travel across another’s land that are connected to their own, to either claim, or attack another piece of land.

14. If you are in a clan participating in the land claims, you are not allowed to have individual land claims acknowledged

+ Clans may only declare war once per week.
+ Lands can only be warred for one at a time, unless land of equal value is risked and the defending clan agrees to those terms.
+ Lands being warred for must be physically (Border, Railway, etc) linked to land you own; clans may pass through unclaimed lands or lands they have been given permission to cross in order to war.
+ Staff members may not ref for a war involving their clan as an active participant or an ally.
+ War declarations must be posted using the official application both on this thread and on the thread of the clan you wish to war.
+ If no agreement is reached between the warring clans within 4 days the default rules are used and the war is scheduled in the next 4 days (up to 8 days from the declaration)
+ Clans at war may not trade land or participate in a merge with a 3rd party.



Default rules:
- War is to be fought in clan wars purple portal
- EOC combat
- Everything but summoning allowed.
- Only allies from world 31 allowed.
- Attacking clan attacks first round and defends 2nd round; 3rd round is free for all.
- Default map is turrets.

Staff


The staff helps keep the thread running smoothly by helping where help is needed. This includes things such as refereeing wars, moderating the thread, providing input, and voting.

To get a staff position you will need to fill out a staff application on Page 1, Post 9. You will then be declined or accepted by the appointed staff member(Lord Bowie I). If declined you must wait a month to post another staff application. All staff has a say in W31 matters and are allowed to vote. If a staff member belongs to a clan their vote will count as the clan they belong to vote.
