After reading some of the posts about Shantay Pass, Dual Arena etc. If you own Al Kharid, you DO NOT own Shantay pass, Dual Arena, etc unless you claimed it. If you didn't claim. Outside clans that want to join here can claim it or if somebody can claim Shantay Pass from the south(From the desert). Shantay Pass and Dual Arena are like Wizard's tower, Clockwork tower, etc. It isn't neither a town nor a city.

My only qualm about that is about Shantay Pass and that church of the Salve. They shouldn't take up a claim, but you don't automatically own it. Like you can claim whatever land is on the other side without needing to waste a claim on the pass itself. My reasoning behind this is that if you claim both, some random individual shouldn't be able to block your movement by claiming the only pass.
