The holy Zarosian Empire and all their eight votes shall vote with Lord Bowie and whatever it was he voted for. I think it's a coward's move not to stake land, and you roleplaying extremists need to get it into your head that this is a game.

Majority vote is needed to pass this.

I'm calling for a vote of adding a rule to War declaration. In order to declare war, you must stake a land in order to attempt to take a land. Unless Both parties(The Declarer and the defender) agree upon something else.

Please note, if passed; it will not effect the current war between KASH and KOZ.

HZE has eight votes but black already voted, so whatever votes remain from that Roleplaying extremists. Behold all ye of the Internet language, a gift of eloquence hath been bestowed upon us all. I stick to reason here. Land staking becomes a pointless, and impossible argument over value. This will lead to either no more wars, or the rule being done away with anyways. I'm trying to skip that step and just get to the end result. Value of an Area is relevant to the person or clan, so it becomes nothing but time wasted when an argument breaks out over it. It also has huge potential to completely freeze progress by newer clans. No single person who owns Varrock, Fally, or any other major city will want to be challenged and offered Witchaven. The opposite is true when a huge clan decides to attack a rival and offers some garbage area just to try to avoid losing anything. However, thank you for giving me the pleasure of reading the aspiring attempts at an argument.
