I certainly hope the stories I've been hearing about individuals being pulled into this world JUST to vote for a certain clan are untrue...individuals have always had a say on here. Do not make us take that right away from them by abusing the system.

Only world 31 clans or people can influence it unless both parties agree on other terms.
