People will still be able to, as long as they are not disrupting the chat with it consistently. People who complain about their real life in the chat all the time can derail talks and make others not feel like talking much in the first place.

It gets worse when a lot of people offer this person advice, but they don't take action and continue to complain. That's a situation I'd like to try to avoid.

Thanks for giving us some time to discuss things before actually passing ownership. It seems like we really need it.

In the past week, after the first anouncement, I've had multiple chats with people who are either high ranked (co-owner or close to) or have been in the clan for years now. Sometimes in group using someones fc, sometimes via pm or sometimes simply in the clan chat. It makes sense that both kind of clan mates's opinion matters so much. Simply because a leader needs to listen to what the clanmates have to say about the clan in order for the clan to function properly.

I have tried to stay as neutral as possible so that I can listen and understand many people's opinions without their opinions being influenced by mine.
I could make up two major topics in the past few days and someone also reminded me something that may have been forgotten for a little bit due to the other topics being very present in the ongoing discussions but still deserves some attention.
The reason why I want to list these things up is because I want to do what's best for the clan and I'm really going try-hard on making the best from this clan because there are many issues showing up with the clan changing leadership now. _¸,.«-*˜´

1. Ownership
People may (not) like Divine to become the new owner for some reasons:
- Divine does not have a high rank in the clan, never worked himself to a high rank too.
- Divine was never as active in the clan as other clanmates who are higher ranked.

- Divine wants to make efforts in fusing with merc|-|z (may not directly be a positive point) and boosting the merc|-| -part of the clan.


2. Merc|-|z and the Clan
People may (not) like what will happen in the clan and with merc|-|z because:
- People don't want the current flows in the chat to change. (Read: less offtopic, more merc|-|-chatting and no trading).

- Fusing with merc|-|z creates a bigger merching community. (Impossible to say how this will work out tho.)


3. Citadel The forgotten topic?
As I was not in charge of the citadel, I can't say for sure how things might be in the future for our citadel. However fact is that Divine said that he was not directly planning to contribute to the citadel's work but that people who care about the ava's XP boost can cap.
I'm pointing this out because I do not want people's work to be forgotten and the citadel to be left rotten, which is only worst care scenario of course.
Best case is that the people who care about the ava just keep capping and we can maintain our T7 citadel aswell as our ava's.

To Zaka and Divine:
I know you both dislike the drama or the fact that this got blown up. I don't think anyone likes it obviously. But that fact that it is blown up just means that things aren't going very very well (yet). _¸,.«-*˜´

My opinion:
I don't wanna lose any clanmate because of all the problems rising up now and I want the clan to stay alive.
So far I enjoyed the clan alot, I like everybody and I never ever had issues with anyone with or around the clan. I was born in this community and I obviously don't want it to die out or I don't want things to happen that are not good to the clan. _¸,.«-*˜´

- False, I capped for ~ a year on multiple accounts just so friends in the clan could finally get their avatars.
- Based on what exactly? I'd say I'm in between high ranks activity wise.
- I can understand concerns about this.

- There will always be people for and against change. If nothing happens to the way the clan is ran now, it could also die a slow death over time as more people quit and few new people join.

- The citadel is not forgotten, I was too brief in my explanation on that. My point was that I won't be setting weekly targets for all plots, but we will work on maintaining the avatars and T7 citadel.
