But that means the pcer is in the wrong on that occasion; I think the issue with not accepting these reports is just one of undermining the other members of the community, as i'm sure a majority of people using the fc, and particularly once they get used to the system, will understand the correct formats, and so to make them report exacts is suggesting a distrust of them, and when there's only like 5 people who pc/keep forums updated, to make the rest of the users have to report exacts for me just doesn't seem fair. I completely understand your worries, but like I said, it's not hard to ask for a fixed report if they're using it in the incorrect format, and in the case listed above, then the pcer needs to implement the correct symbol, people reporting in the incorrect format isn't a cause for a pcer using incorrect symbols really imo.
