As it currently stands, there is no requirements to join. However, being able to do at least one role at every boss puts you in great standing. If you are brand new to high-level PVM-ing, that's perfectly fine! I, and most of our members, are more than happy to teach learners and get them up to speed to the rest of the PVM community.
Alternatively, if skilling is more your speed, we'd love to have you! We have a few members who are maxing and a few others going for 120s.
If you're going for trim/mqc/comp/all achievements, then you'll fit right in. I personally enjoy going for achievements and am on the road to trim.
