1st of the month joke

A man walks into a restuarant for dinner one day and takes a seat at the far side of the restuarant. when he sits down he sees a waiter in a wall just sitting there but decides to ignore it.

Once his order has been taken the man notices the waiter who took his order give the menus to the waiter in the wall who shouts "whee I'm going up! no wait, I'm going down! I'm going up! I'm going down!"

This goes on for a while before the man turns to another customer casually eating away and asks "What's going on?" and the customer calmy replies "I don't know but thats one helluva dumb waiter"
