I agree with Shady tales up there. All should have equal rights. But indeed some rules may be set forward to stop a power clans lets say, take over everything and anything.
But its highly unlikely they'd actually be interested in w31 clan communities.
If you haven't noticed clans have actually been heading down hill for awhile now.. The best you'll find is skilling clans and well rsb its all "lets fight random **** and move on" basically. Pocs are a rare occurrence in my books..

What you fools seem to ignore is that Shady has a serious vendetta against W31 (so his opinion very well could be biased around the need to destroy w31, not help it) and furthermore, he doesn't have a stake here in the first place.

Not to mention you all miss the point. RSB-clans HAVE come to w31 before and caused so many problems Ozz (and need I remind you, MOST OF YOU) had to make rules to keep them out.

It astounds me how quickly you all forget the very rules you once upheld, especially in view of what problems it caused.


And to you, Jona...you are a fool to threaten me. Let me assure you there is no rule saying you have to own Falador. It'd make a lovely addition to the North-Eastern Bloodlands.

RSB clan's don't war for land, they war for power. Even if they joined this they'd be gone give or take 1-2 months after everyone here is wiped off their list.

On the side note:
Rsb clans honor rules like no other 0_o

Btw, TLW hasn't had a war in like 2 months? most of them just do pvm now from what I know, and TLW isn't allied with non-rsb's just pointing out..

Just to clarify, TLW is not alive at the current moment. I am not apart of them just pointing out the fact to help you all. It May or May Not be Refounded from what i've heard around. Hope this helps

I think everybody, including outer world "non" clan people deserve a say in how w31 is.
