Before your war proceeds, I'd like to ask you to read the rules on the first page of the thread, specifically, Rule number 2, which for your convenience, I will post here.
2. Claiming lands now is much more permanent than when it used to be. Because land claiming is a corruptable system, we're revising it in great detail. Upon admission to the Coalition, you may pick one claim to choose as your capitol. This land is protected by the laws we abide by, and cannot be warred for unless you offer it yourself.
Unless Kylantha agrees to it, I do not believe you can war her clan for her capital.
You could still war her for fun though, or perhaps a different land she owns (If any).
Of course, I could be very easily mistaken, and if I am wrong, please correct me as soon as possible so I do not make the same mistake in the future.
