I would like to take the step of a rebuttal to some of the posts on the other page.
The reason why the families of World 31, including the Nylsugos and Syvians, will not, and cannot return, is because they are now non-existant. When their livelyhood (World 31) was taken, and they were banished, they fell apart.
There are no families, other than the Rovin Family, that exist activly on World 42. The Rovin Family will not return because they hate the World 31 system, and would much more prefer a World 42 home.
World 42 is NOT a refugee camp, it is the new home of the people who were affected negativly through Big Guy's social genocide. They have been able to build what they wanted, without the force of certain peoples from here.
Because many of you see World 42 as a subordinate world, (I assume as much, from some of the comments made. ) you neglect to see that they have achieved a greater prestige by simply LEARNING from World 31. They haven't made a republic, nor a league, nor a coalition. They have lived under what I'm going to call Governmental Anarchy.
Governmental Anarchy, yes, an oxymoron of sorts, is a term I've made to describe a un-unified body of states that still co-operate with eachother.
Anyway, if I were still a clan leader on World 31, I'd much rather support a system that revolves around a legitimate land-claims system. No laws, just land-claims. A set standard of rules and overseers for wars, and we're all set.
Clans can do their diplomacy on their threads and in private.
In addition, I'd like to add that the term "veteran" is used too loosley. Anyone who has been in World 31 politics for over a month is easily a veteran, however, someone who started World 31 politics should be known as a father.
My last comment: I'd like to be a referee.
