Meeting Summary 4/29/17

Citadel
- All we need is upkeep
- Working on a few decorations
- Make sure you are getting your cap confirmed every time
--28 correct confirmed cappers last week, well done guys!
--Please remember not to use other peoples coal or ore when not teaming.
Events
- Feel free to suggest new event ideas or host them yourself
- Announce your events in cc
- Post attendance on forums
- Points = ranks
--A few less events last week, only 4, but that's still acceptable.
--We want to have far more than that however, so please feel free to host events!
--Attendance post updated to be simpler
Council
- Council is small atm
- Upon reaching general rank (through point system) you may join council
- Council hosts weekly scheduled events
- Goal now is to have events available for all timezones
- Ranks show activity which makes maintaining an active clan easier for High Council
--We are trying to find new council members so we can have more people who host events.
--You don't need to be in council to host events, or help in other ways.
--Council has a unique way to help influence and shape the future of the clan!
Recruitment and Activity
- A lot of recent growth
- No plans for 500 members
- Inactive members are kicked weekly
- Inactivity is measured by not gaining points for 5 weeks
--A lot of our members are currently using the 1 month free amazon promotion
--When it is over, we will probably lose a decent amount of memebers.
--Because of this, it is important we continue recruiting for the time being
Reminders
- Applications are not required
- However they are a prerequistite for ranking up
- There is now #contact_us on discord
- Roleplay info is now located there
- Lets make discord more active, join us there if you want to!
