Upgrades in progress this week:

Grand Ornate magic pillar 57%


NOTE: For the last 10 months, Bob's group, my group, and the Avatars have barely been able to meet upkeep costs. We have done it, but with no margin for error. This week, however, I was unable to get logged in as Guthix Halos before the tick ocurred. As a result, the upkeep wasn't met even for the Stronghold. The avatars are now unavailable, and the citadel and all buildings are in danger of losing a tier.

The future of the citadel looks bleak!!!

NOTE: Good News! The disaster last week, wasn't near as bad as I feared. The following were lowered to Tier 6: Mine, Loom, Barbecue and Battlefield. However, the Avatars and Dragon have returned. The citadel is still Tier 7. The upkeep for each plot will now be slightly different now (lower overall).

If we meet the upkeep this week, we should be back in business and not lose any more Tiers - Thanks!!!
