Welcome to this week’s Royal Address! In this edition, we’ll be detailing some changes in the responsibilities of our SCL+ ranks, introducing a new format for the Address itself, talk about promotions, and much more.


W83 & W103 News
In W83, we have recently been gifted a large chunk of land by what is now formally known as The Arcane Kingdom as they pull out of the W83 scene entirely to focus on W103 and merge with the Last Kingdom. They are now known as The Last Arcane Kingdom. Congratulations to them and Varrock thank you all once again for the gift! The lands we have been gifted in W83 are listed below along with the most up to date map of W103 claims.

In addition, Varrock went to war against NXG for Mazcab Sunday, unfortunately losing by a margin. We will be replacing our lost land by claiming Pollniveach, expanding our influence in the desert.

Weekly Events

Lord Darius Verus also has a Saradomin themed roleplay in the works for later in the week.

Promotions!
A late congratulations to on his recent re-promotion to Master at Arms as well as on his promotion to Architect Director! Additionally, Roleplay Lord Darius Verus will be standing Lord General until another is chosen.

We also have three positions open - Lord Overseer, Lord General, and Ranger Commander. If you feel you have the skills to fill either one of these gaps on our admin team, contact Lali, Kite Sumane, or me for consideration.

Citizen & Subclan of the Month
This month’s Citizen of the month is a loyal, long time standing member of the Kingdom who has both lead the Guards himself and stood beside the acting MAA without fault. Congratulations to on Citizen of the Month!

Likewise, our Sub-clan month is the Guards! They have seen a decent increase in events and patrols since the return of Punchula and Mimring and we hope to see them surge in the future.

King Lali would also like to thank the troupe of Guards who accompanied him yet again into another dimension, defeating alternate dimension Tuska. Good job guys!

After reviewing the positions of Prince and Princess, the admin team has found that the desire to hold the rank is generally lower than most others due to the position historically being a “complaint desk” for everyone in the Kingdom. These two roles never served one particular role in the history in the Kingdom other than second-in-command to the King and Queen and advisors to the SCL+. Thus, we have decided to tweak the roles just a bit:
