Clan meeting August 20th 2016 summary

Very important, and some major changes were made. Check discord for full info and transcript. Forums updated with info as well.


Citadel:
Capping is now worth 3 points, instead of 5. Activity can still be kept by capping, but is mainly based on events now. Reaching low risk, and medium risk each award a cap penalty, removing 3 points from your total as penalty for not being active. Recruiting 3 people will forgive 1 cap penalty.

Events:
3pm and 9 pm are currently our peak times. We still need to grow, but more events can be held, and will be held. Anyone can host events. Not all events are valued the same, info in transcript and in event post. Please post weekly summary of events for small events.

Recruitment:
We still need to grow, as I've said multiple times. Many people have started to help, and this is great. We definitely recruited quite a few new members last week, and we should continue to do so. Simply placing you vex helps as well. Try to talk to people you see in your adventures. We currently have just under 70 actives, and we are very close to self sufficiency. Our goal should be about 100 active members.
