Clan meeting August 6th 2016 summary

Citadel:
We need stone first when considering the goals of upkeep/upgrades, then we need to focus on precious bars. After we finish our tier 7 kiln this week, we will just have decorations left. WHEN CAPPING on bars, you need to do 1/3 coal & 1/3 ore/precious ore & 1/3 metal/precious bars. Do not get only one, or make only bars. Unless given permission from the Council. Also look at goals. If wee have 5k goal on bars, but have 3k ore, don't get more ore to finish us getting 5k ore for bars...

Events:
We neeeeed to hold more events. Capping isn't as much of a "clan fun-boosting" activity. Not enough ppl attend when someone hosts events, which means we need to work on times. There is a survey to find out best event hosting times, on our private clan forums(Runescape>Community>Clans, while logged in.)

Recruitment:
We have about 84/124 of our members are active. We need to increase this to 100. We have been increasing in the amount of recruits and are very thankful to all the efforts from clan members in recruitment.
The requirement to join is:
Lv90+ combat or Total Level 1300+
.

Mentors:

Sergeants+ check it out, sign up if you wish!

Temp Admins:

Captains+ can request temp admin for Avatar!

Council:

Generals+ check it out, sign up if you wish!

Yes, almost every day online for more than 3 hours.
What are you wishing to do as a Leader to enjoy yourself and have fun
: Encourage people to participate in clan activities, capping correctly, hosting a ton of events (ranging from minigames to skilling to bossing), also I want to have an ava out for the European times because there is mostly none out during that time.
Offsite/Discord access may be required, is this a problem
: Not at all.
What Staff positions would you like for Events (at least 1 or more):
Minigames, Bossing, Skilling, Misc
What Staff positions would you like for Support (at least 1 or more)
: Activity, Citadel/Forums, Mentor system. I don't know if I'm a good recruiter but I'll try to place vexes ingame and talk to people during skilling or slaying if I'm not afk myself! Woopty-freaking-do.
